SHIPPING POLICY

We use USPS for delivery, and shipping prices are based on USPS flat rate for required package size and calculated at checkout.

If you live close to our home base of Ephrata, WA, we offer a local pickup option which is free. We'll notify you when you order is ready for pickup.

ORDER CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Orders may be modified or cancelled up until the time of shipment. If you feel you've made a mistake in your order, shoot us an email and we'll be happy to make changes or cancel the order if it hasn't shipped yet.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns. Once a product has been shipped and left our control, it's impossible to ensure the quality and we cannot in good conscience re-stock and resell a returned item. If you are unsure if you'll be satisfied with a specific item consider purchasing a sample size as a trial.
